Me, i'm just really smart how i lift her. I'm a power lifter, but still she's heavy as hell to move. I bear hug her with her arms in front of me (on my shoulders) to move her.
If i dress her, i will lay her down and place pants/shorts on her. Then i will lift her up from behind and place her on her standing feet and i can easily put the pants on. Shirts are easy to do. To place her in a chair, i will first lay her back on my bed and then i will bend the knees and bridal carry her on the chair. That is normally the hardest thing to do as she's very top heavy (huge breasts). If i go upstairs with her i normally bear up her over my shoulder (former firefighter so i'm just used to this way).

How heavy if your girl? i assume you have similar pro's and con's with that massive chest she has lol.

My heaviest is 40 kilograms ... SM175L. The technique I use is clutching her at the groin standing behind with my arms wrapped down around the torso so it is very close to my body and I can get a good hand hold. God save us if the knee or hip joints ever become loose!

While loose joints don't bother me too much. I dread the thought of loose joints with this doll. Did you buy your doll because she was tall or for the breasts?

I definitely find the height to be a really extra special attractive feature for me. Also the very large breast size. Large looking breasts on tiny dolls in reality are not very big but on tall dolls they are bigger than expected.
