They went above and beyond reasonable efforts to help me out with the acquisition of a replacement doll.
The Manufacturer on the other hand did very little... and in the end sent a factory reject as a replacement.
The replacement dolls left leg was so loose it swung wildly the moment I extracted it from the shipping box.
I made a video immediately to show the defect.
I managed to prop her up against the table for this photo. This will likely be the only photo of this doll,
at least until I can find a way to repair the legs. (yes both legs are loose)
This is one customer that will never buy another product from that particular manufacturer.
