Well, bound to happen I guess. What with all the posts about Smart Dolls lately. I blame you for this, Dees luver!

Just kidding, just kidding.

Anyway, as much as I like Smart Dolls, they're just beyond my budget. So, I started looking for alternatives. Took a while, but I eventually found just the thing. Jyoti's Mini-me! She came yesterday and I'm just blown away!

She has the sweetest look, dressed in a very detailed Native American costume and the longest hair. It's so soft and silky! I've been carrying her around all day.

Jyoti loves her too, only she insists she's not Native American at all, but from a lower caste family in India. So, she's dubed her, Jhipri.

They can be quite amazing in their very different, very special way.

Cool. She is a sweet doll indeed. Where did you get her from what brand is she?
As far as the rabbit hole is concerned, how the hell do you even see the light at the top. I'm so far down the hole I wouldn't even know which way to turn to get back to the surface. :haha4:

Thanks guys! It is an interesting scale, EW. Big enough to feel substantial, yet small enough not to feel too cumbersome. Glad I got her.

She's part of the Princess Anna line, OlmanOz. Dabbled a little in import/export in the early 90's and reached out to one of my old wholesale contacts. I ordered this one and another that hasn't arrived yet.

Not in the hole too deep yet, but time will tell....

Thanks, Willendorph. Going to take a bit of practice getting the hang of working with 1/3 scale I think. Jhipri's twice the size of the littles I'm accustomed to shooting and that takes some getting use to.

Where on earth does she put it all. She must have Hollow legs as my mum used to say..

I'd be keeping my eye on her if I were you after eating all that food she will be full of energy and ready for mischief. Oh and if I was you I would probably hide that Nutcracker.
