Thanks guys! I'm going to make a final product with endcap. Then I'll post something on how well the lubrication ducts are working. They were working fine already. LOL. Unfortunately printing using flexible filament isn't water tight. And I think its akin to printing in TPE. Might not be compatible with a silicone doll.

TheIQF++ gave me a cool I idea that I'm going to work on next. The DS doll heads come with a very stupid little tongue; practically unusable. I'm going to create a nice sexy tongue with lubrication sac(s). She might not be able to do proper oral (hmm I might innovate a way around that). But no reason she can't lick my balls and prep my cock for vaginal entry. Beats dispensing lube out of a plastic tube. Yeah I think I'll tackle that next.

I .. ahem .. tested it and actually there's plenty of lube when using KY Ultragel. Its works great and lasts for a fine long time. I don't think I'll increase the size of the sacs at this point. I might later. But for now its great for me. Ok!! On to producing the final thing!! Wish me luck!

You have 2 lube ports on each side. I assume they are connected as I saw lube push out of the lower one when you filled the upper? Or did the pressure of the one being filled over power the opposing chamber? If they are connected, it would allow air to be pushed out of one port while the other is being filled.

There is one sac on each side. Each sac has two ducts. This prevent a vacuum from forming.
The two sacs are not connect to each other and function independently. For such a small sac they (together) hold quite a bit of lube. I can get an exact volume. I'm guessing its only 3ml total. Its doesn't sound like a lot. But in an enclosed space, it ends up being plenty.

I started on the final product tonight. Wish me luck!

It depends. There are mixed reviews around the 167EVO. .. being that the built-in versions of DS might be better. But as far as the DS insert models, they are almost universally problematic.

Some people have problems with the mechanics:
- Insert too difficult to work with in the doll cavity
- Insert too big/too small/too hard

Other people, like myself, really dislike the aesthetics. Just look at the pictures I posts of the insert. It looks terrible on an otherwise beautiful and durable doll.

Any plans to release the 3D print files? Wondering how hard it would be for other owners to adapt to other brands of doll, or adjust to personal taste for appearance.

I can post the STL files if people want (the 3D print files). No problem. But that's really the easiest part of this process. Casting a mold of the doll and doing all the other stuff is the hard part. And for that I guess I'm opting to "teach how to fish" rather than "sell you a fish". BTW - my version will only work for the DS163/163+. If anyone is seriously interested in that then PM me. Otherwise, this free tutorial is developed to help the community if any should want to try this.

Interesting, and I must say the legs close shots look excellent.

Personally I've never had an issue with Xiaoli (DS160+) , but when we do anything I'm on my knees, so her legs can be more closed and the insert is well and truly gripped inside her.
