I'm so sorry to hear about your Carmen and I apologize for taking so long to reply, I was in Columbus, Ohio for a trade show with the UF Dolls and I didn't have a chance to look into the situation.

We stand behind our products 100% and I will email you directly to arrange delivery of a replacement Carmen for you, I apologize for any inconveniences this situation may have caused. Thank you again for your support of Pipedream and our Ultimate Fantasy Dolls!

First of all I must say that Pipedream and Rob work fine , they have answered and Carmen revives not as a zombie . Thank you Rob , your company is Rock and Roll , Yeah . A New Carmen makes me extremely happy .

Indeed, I've been purchasing Piprdreams products for over 10 years and that has always been my experience with them.
Glad to hear the situation has been resolved.

GREAT!! glad to see Pipedream stepped up as a business owner and stood behind their business and customer . this is what makes a business one that people can trust . pipedream , might want to open up the doll and see what part failed , maybe it was just a bad part by accident , or it could be something that might be improved upon even more . at any rate am glad pipedream helped out . two thumbs way up !!

I bought a toy from Pipedream and it broke within a few months, I contacted Pipedream and was very nice and they sent me not only a better replacement, but an UPGRADE! Pipedream responded very quickly and were very apologetic that their product was defective, so before you go grabbing a lawyer, just try to be nice to them.

Great to see Pipedream stand behind their product like this, adds to my confidence when time comes to place an order (next year sometime, seems products are available at local dealers about 8 months after introduction, or at least that was the case with Mia who became available just a couple of days ago)

PipeDream / Ultimate Fantasy Doll customer service is absolutely great, if not the best in the doll industry. I truly wouldn't help promote and company that doesn't stand behind their own product.

surprised even these dolls have back issues. i know it can happen to any doll but i thought these were more high end dolls. didn’t seem like he did anything out of the ordinary either to provoke this. at least they are replacing her which is the right thing for them to do.

Thing is, in the scope of "life like" dolls, these aren't really up there at the "high end" of things. These are good dolls and Pipedreams is a great company to deal with, but these dolls are closer to middle of the line than premium. Still closer to the Honda side of things than Mercedes in another word

That said, I think any high, mid, low end products will occasionally run into quality control issues. As long as the company behind the products step up to fix the issue in a satisfactory manner, it can still be counted as a win

I got the Dagmar doll from Happy Dolls, and that is one of the more expensive fabric dolls, and within 5 months one of the breasts fell off, one elbow joint's broken, one hip joint's broken, and then I talked to other owners of Dagmar and it seemed everyone else ran into the same issues. The company in that case didn't even respond to our complaints. Now that's when a company and their products need to be avoided!

Hi !
I have an 2003 Honda Accord and my father has had an S350Mercedes and I can tell you that the Honda has had no problems and the Mercedes has had a lot of very expensive problems and now It is on the junkyard (waist of time and money). That is to say that sometimes that high level companies do things worst than the others. So , you can buy a highly expensive doll and can be broken because they have that highly quality only in their name and the product is not that high quality but the cost is in the moon . The company's answer is something that says a lot of the company , they care about their customers , there is somebody at the other side listening to you and taking care about their products .
