Most all dolls have a vaginal and anal hole which manufacturers plug with a tpe plug (little tpe ball) so no liquids get inside the doll and rust out the skeleton or get mold if you use the doll with no condom. On some dolls the plug isn't properly plugging up the hole and liquid can get inside the doll and on very very few dolls there is no plug at all. On full sized dolls you would need something like a endoscope (alot of members on this forum use this) to check the plugs on a doll because the canals run deep in the doll, but on this 72cm doll I would think you could check by just taking a good look inside the orifices.
