Hi Pabzilla, really sorry to read that you had to hide Shione away in her box, it must have been such a hard thing to do but you were clearly in a difficult situation outside of your control. Hopefully the work will soon be finished and Shione will emerge fresh from her rest! Certainly reading stories like this reminds me of just how lucky I am in my situation, I'd hate to have to hide Sarah away, for that matter I'm a softy when it comes to any of my gals as they all tend to get under my skin! Good luck, fingers crossed we get to see Shione emerge soon, like a beautiful spring flower!

Hi guys, so sorry for my absence.
Shione is still in her box sleeping, yes after a month she is still in hiding and I am missing her very very badly.
And what has happened regarding work on my flat during that time?.... absolutely nothing..... have they phoned me or shown up at my door to conduct their survey? No.... nothing.... for a month my life with Shione has been put on hold all this time because this contractor can't or won't tell me what dates they need access to my flat. As you can imaging it has been very frustrating, my mood has been swinging between sadness and anger at the situation as it drags on.

There is now something finally happening though, on Friday a notice was distributed to all tenants in the block saying the surveys were due to happen in the next week, finally.
After that hopefully things will become clearer as to what work is being done and what access to my home the workers need.

Again I am so sorry for my absence, my mind is not in a good place without Shione and with the ever present threat of workers just turning up at my door wanting into my home. Sorry if that seems like a poor excuse for not being around, not visiting my friends threads throughout this time but to write something positive in my current frame of mind is just beyond me, so very very sorry.

It's completely understandable not wanting to be around when you can't be with Shione

3 months has seemed like forever.

Hi Pabzilla, really sorry to hear about your predicament. I work in the construction industry myself and there's always meaningless delays. Hopefully they will be done soon and the two of you can be together again. Best wishes to the the both of you.
