Where To Get Good Foam For Shipping?

Hi everyone. I'm waiting on a doll I purchased, but the seller isn't sure what kind of foam to use in packing. Does anyone have a lead on what kind of foam Realdoll uses and where to buy it? Thanks

How is it being shipped?
When I had my crate remade to be a bit better looking I used upholstery foam in place of the foam blocks/molds that Abyss originally ships with. Rolled up tightly it was more than sufficient and did the exact same job, but that was with a new crate.
