It seems the e-mail notification for new posts isn't working (for me).
I checked if the mails might have been caught by the spam filter but they were not there.
I also checked if e-mail notification was activated in my settings here and it was.
So it must be a problem on the sending side.
I have no idea about e-mail notification regarding posts, but TDAlbum Help Desk ticket software is not sending out e-mail to those who register w/TDAlbum. I think it's a separate system. I have been using one of my own e-mail boxes to respond to TDAlbum registrations.
Mytime and myself are hoping it's UNIX mail and that when we move to new server, it will be automatically taken care of. New server will have Linux.
The more folks have a problem with different e-mail functions, the better. Reason is, this might indicate that it is across-the-board, meaning UNIX OS problem. The reason why this would be good is because that means it will auto-correct once we switch OS.

Its still weird with the e-mail notification.
When you become new member you get mail.
Thats still the same (luckily, because without the mail new members can't subscribe).
So sendmail works...
But e-mail notification (watching thread with mail notification) does not.
Have to look at it.
Just wondering if anyone else is not getting email notifications of threads and PMs? I am getting PMs but not notified of them coming in as I used to get, nor for threads that I've posted in
Any ideas how to fix? The check box in my profile is turned to "on" for them...
Somewhere there must be something messed up in the database.
When I edit my e-mail, then the lost password function works again too.
I advice everybody to edit the mail adress, not to change it really but just cause a write into the database, that solves a lot.
E-mail notification will work then again, and when you loose your password you will be able to get aboard again.
I'am looking into the problem, because there are probably members who can't get in due to this problem.
