Going to stick to her alt name Keira.

Any tips on clothing sizes or places to buy /ideas ahead of her arrival would be appreciated

Still waiting, no updates on order after about 6 weeks, guess they are busier than normal.

I heard they are moving factory and suspended production for two weeks, so there will be a backlog.

But the DS 160 is one of the classic dolls of all time and you're not going to be disappointed.

Sorry markcyber, I forgot to answer that question. I had the same question around the same time as you and asked in another forum. Karrot has a very nice DS160+ and gave me a perfect answer.

Back in the 2017 Meet Miss Xiaoli was often dressed in very casual every day clothes.
Her jeans are a UK size 8 and her top is a very stretchy UK 8 A belt is essential as the DS160 has a tiny waist.
Her boots are UK size 2
Size 6 UK knickers and a UK 30DD bra fit almost perfectly
Size UK 8 PJ's are a nice fit as well
Putting her in a pair of tights first will make getting jeans and other figure hugging clothes a whole lot easier to get on.

I bought a stretch jeans, size W26/L32 and it fits very well. I also bought a pullover EU size 32/34. But that is a bit wide and the arms are to long. But this makes it easier to dress her and the long arm can be uses to protect her fingers.

Thx for responses, i guessed there was some sort of general delay and wasn't specifically affecting me, i'll only contact them if i'm another 3 weeks out with no update.

Have been updated finally, Keira is finished. I was sent photos ahead of dispatch. She looks great.

This is a classic doll and one of the best of all. You won't be disappointed.

I do wonder what's the weight going to be like for this one (must be good, I suspect?)

She arrived and seems to be ok , i need to make a bit of room and sort her out some clothes then i can go into detail, one thing to note the inserts look different from ones iv'e seen people post images of these are closer to TPE onaholes they are very soft. Manual is a nice touch and sleeping bag and two different wigs and you get 2 inserts.



UPS delivered and was very helpful getting box into my flat.

Took longer than expected to arrive for various reasons outside the vendors control (doll studio running the European site) however in terms of actual service they deliver as described, no issues and easy communication.

Apart from the insert the doll is firmer than TPE which could be a deal breaker for some , i knew that was the case however it does have to be said that the body is firm and soft in the right places. How i personally get on with this difference remains to be seen but it is fair to say no pictures do it justice these dolls are high end craftsmanship and art.

I had a bit of time to play with makeup.

One complaint is the eyes, now i tried with my fingers and a qtip and the mechanism seems pretty fiddly , i think it's because i cant 'grip' the eye, I suspect it would work better to get a rubber tipped pencil as the rubber will hold the eye as you move it (i don't have one to try that out)

Congratulations. DS are a pinnacle of sophistication and you'll find her wonderful. The insert is the standard insert for the 158, 160 and probably the 163 and is excellent.

But be careful - that black can stain.

No worries if it does - the stain will disappear over the month but you'll be mortified at hurting her until the bruises disappear.

Yeah i'll keep an eye on it. I was wondering though...can oxy 10 be used like on TPE for stains?

On silicone you don't use anything for stains. It comes out by itself.
