Here's something a little different. Some may like it, others may not. A picture that I really like that I uploaded to the Doll Harem.

Great photo. Tastefully done. Does make her look very real with you..let's just say..framing the shot.

When it is done as tasteful as that I find it really nice, a lovely and very intimate photo. After all, the thought of doing that is what attracted most of us to the world of dolls anyway - so why not.

Yes Spedfish! Very nicely done! Although I don't think the "explicit" tag is necessary. Many have shared photos of humans with dolls here on TDF. Your photo does not break any of the user rules.
Just saying man. Naomi is a great doll! Great to see you enjoying her.

BTW. Mine would probably need the "explicit" tag.

she looks stunning! was doubting of getting her at sthe store i order my doll but choose a blonde hottie instead.

The way you worked that raiders football in is masterful.

Thanks, I tried to keep as much of myself out of the shot as possible, people want to see her butt, not mine

Yeah you're right, I do have some more that I'll share at some point too, that are tastefully done that I really like.

Haha, the funny thing is I didn't even have that in mind at first, then I realized, oh shit, her suit is silver and black and then tried to get the football in some of the shots.

Thanks. I use a Canon Rebel T3. I wouldn't mind upgrading down the road, but it gets the job done.

Nice Sped! I also use a Canon Rebel. Its all about the light. A great lens on a mid range camera is worth way more!

Been thinking about getting another lens, just don't want to break the bank either haha. I have 3 lenses, the default it came with, a long range zoom, and a dedicated 50mm. I like the 50mm since it gets that nicer blurring effect, only problem is I work with some cramped areas sometimes with not a lot of distance, was thinking of getting a 35mm maybe to help. I'm usually shooting from 8-9ft away at max, and have a hard time getting everything in the shot that I want sometimes.

Ahh, cramped space is the nemesis of any doll owner IMO - especially if you want to do photos in some good light. We can´t all bring our dolls outside all the time like some of the braver members of TDF so we are stuck doing the photos in our own home.
35mm is a very nice all-around size and much like the 50mm you can throw almost anything at it and it just works - you will however loose some of that nice blurry background with the full figure shots with it, unless you move in really close. It is also a superb focal length for filming btw. You will always have need for a 35mm in your kit so it will be a good investment.

Well, its been a long time coming, but I finally took some pics with the 2nd face I had ordered with my doll. She has been named Lexi. She is a face #124, I put some freckles on to make her look similar to a previous doll Tamara. I also gave her a similar wig that had a lace front. Not sure I like the lace front, just doesnt blend in well, so I sloppily photoshopped the area to tone the color difference down a tad. Hopefully Naomi doesn't mind her body being borrowed for a few hours

Sweet Christmas, what a gorgeous set of pictures! This is a master class in doll photography! your gal looks perfect but along with the intimate lighting and precision finger positioning (we know how fiddly that can be!) I shall be studying these for a while as a source of inspiration! Interestingly I could even have a go at emulating the look although that would entail my convincing Magda and Monique to swap heads! Probably easier just to admire your pics!
