Anyone know if you can attach a Doll Sweet head on a Sanhui doll? or vice versa?

Afaik they can be interchanged but do require an adapter. This was done in 2017 though so always best to check latest changes from manufacturers. Hopefully someone will come along and confirm.

You can buy an adapter from Doll Studio to put a Doll Sweet head on a Sanhui body here:

However, there is no adapter to place a Sanhui head on a Doll Sweet body, that I am aware of. I recommend you contact Sandro at Doll Studio for any inquiries.

There is an adapter to put DS heads onto Sanhui bodies = ask Sandro @ Doll Studio.

Also be aware that Sanhui "may" change or have changed their attachment away from the M10 threaded bolts these answers are based on so if you need a detailed answer you'll have to provide detailed information on the Sanhui head or neck you have - preferably pictures with size indicators.

I'm in love with that new doll, considering to buy her to be my first doll .
It does look a bit like Kayla, on the official SH website she's called Layla, what a coincidence right ?
I don't mind tbh, it's the prettiest doll I've seen so far.
