I bought Bea through Grim's Doll Accessories (aka Grim / grimreefer24601) since Grim is a friend of mine I made on TDF. He really helped me out above and beyond what one would expect.
Since I'm not sure if Grim is selling more dolls right now, I'll add that I was originally going to buy from Kimi with DollTo, who was very nice and helpful, and I hear nothing but great things about.
Bea's skin tone is just the default Piper fair / white... I forget what the specific name is, but just the default light tone.
For her nipples, I use Grim's BodyColor². I do the same with my other dolly, Alex, and I posted a guide for how I do it:
