I also learned during the photo challenges, that my lighting setup is not so great for full body shots (during dark winter season, you really can not count on natural light up here in Nordics  )
...and my living room 'studio' is a bit too small as well.

Until I figure out how to tackle these challenges, I'll just focus on portraits!

Here's Rianna Sofia posing in her new makeup

I agree with you Mondoon and Dr Dollinger, short and messy style suits her really well.

I have that wig in black and pink... and just ordered 2 more colours.

I agree too. That hairstyle looks perfect on her! Great choice :)

I feel your pain with the makeup. I'm absolutely awful at it. Fortunately, my girl likes the minimalist look. I think you did a fine job for your first attempt. I'd offer some tips but I honestly still have no idea how to get it to look right. It never blends the way I think it's going to, and then I end up getting too much on her and she winds up looking like a "painted whore". lol. I think you're on the right track though. Practice makes perfect (or so I hope).

I was having the exact same thoughts

so easy to overdo...

first try with the eyebrows made her look like a former communist prime minister.
still looks like that a bit

Nice shots. Personally I've never been a fan of lots of makeup and I reckon the amount in your first shot is nicest.

Subtle. She's very pretty from the off so I wouldn't want to hide any of that natural beauty. Just my thoughts. :D

Thanks Mondoon!

Yeah, she's very delicate and pretty...

I was pushing boundaries a bit to see if she can be turned into a rock brat.

For me, it's an interesting challenge how makeup (when ultimately done correctly) can shape the personality of these girls.

Nice images here HHL! Tons of make up tutorials on YouTube. Learn from the ones who know. Real girls! Start with the lips. Get that going then the eyes. They are trick mostly because of the lashes but I got a real nice set of artist brushes from AC Moore. They work great. When working with dark colors. Be sure to flick off the brush well so dark flecks Don't leap all over the area. Also. A nice eye make up kit is a must. eBay has a million. Have fun!

Hey AH, thanks a lot!

Yeah, what were the people doing before youtube... That's my new social friend nowadays :)

RG's seem to do it so easily in vids, compared to my non-trained mittens :D
But I think 'blending' works differently on real skin compared to TPE. Good thing that she does not complain, when washing her face with baby oil and starting over the seventh time. 8)

hi HiHeelLoverM,
I am glad to learn that you finally got your beautiful 6YEdoll.The head you choose is incredibly cute, to see her is to love her!.And the body, especially on the pictures in black and white where she is sitted looks incredibly realistic "ratios and silhouette"-wise

I also live in Europe (BENELUX near France) and altough I received, as a doll collector, this year so far, 26 dolls delivered trough UPS SPECIAL LINE SHIPPING I hopefuly didnt experience such problem you got.

I like very much 6YE dolls and own already the 165F (sexy, slim, good body ratios) and the 169 C (agreable altough with too long legs)
I appreciated the facts that 6YE moved in the normal breasts size direction,
improved the realism of body ratios
designed the incredibly erotic well positionned genitals of this model.

When I saw the AMOR 162B I almost ordered her at 6YE official website but they refused to make a skeleton with optional hinged joints legs instead of ball joints legs. These latter cause me a lot of problems (wobbling, arched or crooked legs) when standing my 6YE dolls.
6YE wrote on their forum that they would address this problems by restricting the balljoints degree of freedom.

I am still willing to buy that doll so could you be so kind to answer to the following questions:

Are there still problems with legs locking (especially at the knees) when you put your doll in standing position. Are the legs well straight like a perfectly legged woman or arched, crooked..?
Could you also confirm the exact weight and HEIGHT of the doll.?
What is the thigh circumference ,the inner thigh legs lenght, the shoulder width measured overall that is from exterior of arm to exterior of arm.?
Do the other main dimensions correspond to the measurements table of the manufacturer?
Thanks in advance DS

Hello and thanks DS!

Yes, the replacement doll was delivered without any issues but the original spent 3 months somewhere, before UPS found her (luckily unharmed)...

I'm also happy with the face selection, N7 seems to be very versatile. Body is beautiful and very photogenic, but as with many dolls, her upper and lower body are 'cartoon-like' and in real life not very proportional.

She needs women's XS or S size pants and skirts to fit over her meaty butt and thighs, but shirts are a lot smaller...
The tan sweater in the pic (with red hair and pink background) is kids size 122 cm and she has stretch t-shirts even smaller. :o
Her bust is still quite a handful, but the underbust and waist diameters are tiny.
This is not an issue, but something to keep in mind when shopping for clothes.

I haven't yet checked her measurements, but I'll do so in the near future during the next photoshoot. :)

Also to be honest, she's only been standing up once so far.
This is my first doll, so I cannot compare and there's a learning curve for me anyway trying to balance her.

I'll keep you posted when I have time to experiment more! 8)

Thank you for this information about the unbalanced underbustline and waistline dimensions compared to the erotically dimensionned hipsline and legs. I had already noticed that with the advertised measurements and on some advertising pictures but frankly on the two sitted pictures you made her body looks perfectly balanced from top to toes.
A lot of manufacturers do it that way to have an acceptable weight together with a very sexy lower body. In some cases however, silhouette-Wise they use the correct shoulders width (measured as I indicated) to compensate. That is why I am interested by the correct measurement. Here for the 162B we need at least 38cm overall considering her hipsline of around 90cm in order to help compensate the thigh chest.

You probably know about the realistic body IRT AYUMI 168 ( 171cm) whose underbustline and waistline (62cm) and shoulders width (40cm overall) are better balanced with her hipsline (94-95cm) but she weight 43 kgs.

The black&white pic of her sitting does not really show off her figure and that very thin 'wasp' waist.

That t-shirt is just draping down from her nipples, there's plenty of room under that shirt at the waistline

For the weight, I'd say she feels rather heavy compared to 35kg on the website :?
... need to check
