Is my YL 148CM doll damaged fixed vag connector?

So she just arrived today a bit early with no tracking info. I usually check the internals with my micro scope cam to see if all my dolls are fine when they arrive. When I was checking this one seems to be like 2 holes? shouldn't it be sealed?

Anyone has comparable still or vid of the internal? Anyone actually bother to check see if their dolls are faulty? For fixed people only. Still can't make if its sealed or not, hmm. Hard to get a good view, probably try again later when I have more time off of work, still busy.
