Newbie here. Great looking doll!

I was hoping you could share her eye color and skin tone please.

I'm going back and forth deciding between this body and head or Rozanne from Starpery, both look stunning.

I wish I could see what 'Celeste' would look like with a lighter skin tone.(i.e. white or natural)
I have my doubts the lighter skin tone would do her justice, but you never know.

Hi there, funny you should ask about her eye colour as she is the only gal here with that particular blue (with a darker ring around the iris). I must have close to 50 heads here and I'm sure she's the only one with that shade of blue! So OR Doll sent her to me to take some promo pics back in 2018 and since then the Jinsan factory where OR Dolls are made have changed eye suppliers at least once so I'm not sure these eyes are available now. You could get hold of some MF easy move eyes then you can select the iris colour yourself or even make them as I did with one of my other gals. As for her skin tone, she's what normally goes for light tan although she's just a tad darker than my other light tan gals. I would say she suits this skin tone or even a little darker as she's clearly an active, outdoor sporty type! If you wanted an OR167G then I would definitely recommend getting gel breasts and the articulated fingers and standing foot bolts would be a must as this is a heavy bod, so Celeste stands permanently. She's actually my heaviest doll, at 44.5kg and while I can comfortably move her about I personally wouldn't want to go much heavier. Saying that the obvious bonus with that weight is the realism, not only with the bods actually proportions, (Celeste can basically wear anything owing to her RG size) but also the experience in bed which can be rather impressive!

If you do decide to go for this configuration it might be an idea to send your vendor a pic of Celeste's head as there was a little confusion with head numbers when the 167G was released, I've seen her head on vendor sites with 2 different numbers and to confuse things the factory often have their own head numbers that are different from the OEM's! Hope that helps

Just how durable is this doll? Has she shown any wear and tear over time?
How frequently do you perform cleaning and or maintenance on her?

Well, Celeste just turned 4 years old and since then the tpe used at the Jinsan factories has improved so whereas Celeste does need an oil massage around 3 times a year I suspect the newer tpe requires less and none at all when new. She's had a few splits that needed fixing mainly because I didn't oil her at all for the first year and she's got about 2 finger wires that have broken although getting the articulated fingers would avoid that happening. As Celeste is mainly a photo model she doesn't require too much cleaning so she probably gets a wash around twice a year but that's much the same for most of my dolls as I use femidoms with my bedroom buddies in any case. I would say that a brand new OR167G wouldn't need any oiling for at least the first 8 months and then maybe every 6 months or so after that. I would recommend she wear a bra, especially with gel breasts to avoid any sagging which can then cause tiny splits in the upper breast area. Such things are an easy fix with heat but prevention is better than cure. The eyes are provided from the factory with some cotton wool stuffing behind them but I always remove that and use either 3d printed eye backs or more recently have got some specially designed eye backs from The Doll Laboratory, these make eye positioning much easier. The eyes themselves are easy to remove but you may need to glue back an eye lash which is again straightforward but these are all skills you pick up as a doll owner!

Thanks, sorry for late reply, I've neglected poor Celeste's thread and also her too, much to my shame. In my defense I have to say that I've been putting off her wash and oiling as, at around 45kg she's my heaviest gal and I wasn't looking forward to lifting her onto the bath stool, then today it dawned on me I could just wash & oil her standing up, bit obvious really! So here she is giving herself good sponge down, once powdered tomorrow she can pick out a nice summer outfit and hopefully she can get some new pics done!
