I have been trying to get a response from SSD's customer support email regarding a storage case purchase I made recently can anyone respond? I was told to expect a tracking number last Thursday but received none as of today and no one has responded to my emails either.

I'm currently planning a move in the near future so I have a schedule I need to adhere to and would like to know when I can expect to receive my case to help plan the move. Can I get a response from SSD here?
