Seems strange I know... But might be interesting if they exist.. Kinda the OPPOSITE of a tgirl.. A MALE body, with male proportions, with both vagina AND anal, instead of a penis? Preferably a young twink head... Any one know of any manufacturers or builders of these? Might be fun..

I suppose you could get the Ds male body with the Leo head for a twink head and instead of the penis insert you could just insert a vaginal insert. Here are some pics of the Ds male body from an angle you can see how that could work.

I think so.. A male upper body, with nice more male legs, but more Orifices for more possibilities instead...

DS has a few different vagina inserts to choose from....

Nah.. Not really the same thing... Maybe a nice male slim twink body and twink type head(especially young asian guy) with three orifices and just the right proportions, would be HOT

Yeah .. I'm thinking that a male DS doll with a DS vaginal insert is you best bet.
Now - please note, I've not had the best luck with DS inserts (they become loose when the legs are wide open). But for looks, it would be probably the best. Also .. they do work in many positions .. just not all.

I just received the factor photos of my male doll and while the dildo insert spot doesn't quite look like a vulva, a insert could definitely be put in there. The dildo for the doll has about a 7 inch "spike" that goes up inside the doll, so it definitely has the "vaginal" depth along with the anal cavity. Labia that would sit flush against the body would probably be the tricky part.

The opening for the penis insert in the male doll is probably not as large as the opening in the female doll for the vagina insert. You could possibly use the male penis insert hole as is?
