As the title suggests I am a first time buyer and I wanted to know if MSLD was a valid vendor. Lots aof scams that I have seen as of late and I wanted to make sure this one wasnt.

The doll I want is this girl: https://www.mysiliconelovedoll.com/russ ... doll-jenna

Any info would be great thanks.

Welcome to the forum, Gaius1236.

Yes, all of our listed vendors are "valid". They sell the actual products from the known doll makers; no fakes or copies.
Most of our vendors also offer discounts to forum members, so always ask.

MSLD is a valid vendor.

2 important points:

1) When you contact MSLD, you're not contacting the factory that produce the dolls, but the vendor who promotes them.
This means that whatever questions or changes you might have will be received by MSLD, then transferred to the Factory, then returned to you by MSLD once they receive the confirmation from the factory. This means that, overall, requests and information might take a while to be proceeded since it's a constant (customer > MSLD < factory) relationship.

2) MSLD seems like they are not open for business between Friday evening and Monday early morning.
Whenever I have send details about my order or requested information during the early part of Friday's evening or Saturday, I received the reply by Monday, if it was relatively urgent (a change to an order that wasn't in the available choices on their website) and up to Wednesday for simple information.

As they have confirmed to me, the average time required between the order (once acknowledged by MSLD) and the delivery day is between 15 and 20 days. It might be as far as 25 days if you're doing your order at the "worse" time and if the factory has a lot of orders to fulfill.

In my case, I ordered the Saturday and asked for a modification (change from D-Cup to B-Cup) and they confirmed it as a possible option without additional fee (at the next Monday, around noon) as well as confirmed the order of the Doll with B-Cup on the same day, about 3 hours later. This means I made my order on the 7th of July and I still haven't received any information as to how's my order yet (on the 21th) nor a tracking number.

I'm not complaining, but more like explaining facts about my experience up to now, as I'm still waiting for my 1st doll.
(My choice was the Miranda, Japanese doll, with Red/Brown wig and green eyes but as I previously stated, instead of her default D-Cup, she will be a B-Cup.)

=EDIT=
It surprised me that they have sent me the tracking number this morning. Still, they sent it on the 21th while it has been scanned for shipment from UPS pickup on the 17th and the expedition of the box was on the 18th.

They're legit. Expect at least 4 weeks from any vendor. any earlier is a bonus.

If anything gets damaged on route you'll be looked after with the vendor needing to protect their reputation on here.

Choose your doll and hit that button! then welcome to a world of awesomeness

Thank you donoghu for your description about MSLD business !

Yes, we are direct resellers for many factories of sex dolls.

For more frequently asked questions, our experience and knowledge about dolls let us provide a fast answers to our customers without asking something to the supplier. But for some special request, you are right, we need to have the answer from the factory, and sometime delay is longer.

We try to improve our response time and quality of all our services. Specially to be more present at weekend time. But even in China, factories close the Sunday :)

Approved vendors are what TDF offers. But always remember this is your money and hold it close.

Make sure you are very clear in your order and always ask for a finial printout of your order in writing.
Never go with just ,a general understanding.
Printed out copy of your order before payment, think it over for a night or two and never buy for only beauty..quality is in the detail.

Have a clear written understanding of your guarantee from the vendor,,,In case of damage to your doll,
From shipping to a miss communication or shipped with a defect.
Buyer beware is always a good idea.

Vendors can only do so much, and the doll will be dropped shipped from the factory direct to you.
So you will be on your own once shopped. If something goes wrong, you want to make sure your will get what your ordered, and not thrown a bone, ( asking you to do repairs yourself , or something like a free head ) rather that replacement.

Vendors are needed, just use great care in placing an order, make sure everything is in writing.

Welcome and enjoy TDF.

Also.. Never and I do mean never !...... " just bite the bullet, make the purchase and don’t look back."

How are these dolls so cheap though? I'm looking at dolls that would be almost twice as much on other vendors in large part just due to size, I dont get why msld is so much less.

I think I got the wrong body, as you can read about in my other post.
