Hello, probably there is authentic WMdolls in aliexpress and probably most dolls are made in China...

How official or not is this " WMdoll Official store" on aliexpress ?

I asked wmdolls.com but they are probably too busy..

I get confused with all these things nowadays - but that store's for local Chinese market dolls. Their quality might not be export quality, and that means that if there's something wrong you're not going to get anything done about it. Ordering just one doll you'll be paying at the upper end of their price ranges, so they're not ending up that cheap, and you still have to pay customs and import duties on top.

Better to go through a TDF approved vendor.
