No, I don't feel 50. I feel great. No aches or pains. The only difference I see, is that I do not have the high end speed running or cycling anymore. That is mostly because I do not practice speed anymore rather than age. No sense in putting extra stress on the joints when I know I will no longer get the running times of my 20's. Now, I just enjoy the fitness, especially having to carry Anastasia around.
