Don't know what's up with that. I would try emailing them again in case they didn't receive the last email.
But I can understand Sam being a bit perturbed. Although I must say that she has the amazing ability to remain beautiful while also being angry.

i couldn't get answers to my questions when i wanted to buy a girl that's why i went through midiman, too bad he isn't still around. wish the idiots in charge of eighth wonder would sell to someone that cares about the product and the customers (just my opinion).

I'll be honest; where I work I have done the same thing. I don't mean to, but if it's a question I don't know off the top of my head and have to figure out, then I get a phone call or a sales rep or someone else comes and distracts me if I don't leave the email unread it will get lost with the thousands of others. So I always try and remember to "unread" the email until I can answer it, but I'm not going to pretend I never forget that part, then their question goes unanswered. I feel bad about it whenever I realize it, but always appreciate when someone asks again.

I have no idea how applicable this is to their situation, but I guess I was just saying that things can go wrong even if you really don't mean them to.

It's too bad that they don't list a phone number as an additional means of communication.
Anything that would make it easy for customers to contact a company would seem like a smart business practice.
