Hello, the customized dolls are produced and shipped from a Factory in China, so the transportation time is about 10 days.

Hello, the customized dolls are produced and shipped from a Factory in China, so the transportation time is about 10 days.
Is that the shipping time only? How about from placing an order to having it ready to ship out. I know with COvid and short supply of certain items it might take a bit longer. But how fast are the orders being made?

For TPE dolls, it will take about 17 working days from ordering to shipping to your address. If it's a silicone doll, it's about 30 working days.
