Fanreal Maria ROS head.

Opening this thread because I received some photos and a video from FANREAL's factory of the Maria head with ROS.

My vendor mentioned that Fanreal has been taking longer than usual to fulfill orders, as they have experienced delays in manufacturing the head.

I should receive the shipment tracking details this week. I expect to have it here within 3 weeks at the latest.

Once I have it, I will compare it with the hard silicone Maria head with implanted hair that I currently own. I will make a video showing the differences.

It's clear that visually, the hard silicone head with implanted hair is superior, but it's good to have a reference to see the differences for potential buyers.

looks really nice to me. i would ask them if the jaw can fully close and if so, provide a photo of it. my qian can do it perfectly, but not sure about maria as I have not seen a factory photo w/her mouth fully closed yet.

Hello everyone,

I now have Maria's head with ROS here. I'll post some photos I've taken alongside the hard silicone Maria head with hair implant. As expected, the difference is noticeable, but the head with ROS looks good. However, I can't get the mouth to close completely, so it stays slightly open, but it still looks good.

Now I'm going to clean it because it's very sticky. This weekend, I will be using both heads with the Fanreal 170cm body and my other 170cm body for comparison, as I have an M16 adapter for the Fanreal head, which allows me to connect the head to other bodies.

Looks really great to me..I’ve always wanted an ROS head, but every time I have ordered one I get this really stern message from a vendor saying that implanted hair on an ROS head is not a good idea…what is the real truth?
Just so you know, I have only ordered 3 dolls, is this something that manufactures are against, the vendor or do I really have to worry about it?

Usualy ROS Heads are made from soft silicone and implated hair wont last long in soft silicone. That the cause manufacturer usualy are against this and recommend implanted hair only in hard silicone heads.

There are floating some ideas around this Forum to use a hard silicone skull cap to implant hair there and Make the Rest of the Head with soft silicone for ros. But afaik no manufacturer has Found a Solution for this combination so far.

Personaly i dont mind soft heads and Wigs and think this combination is better for cleaning or to change Looks. Short hairs work also better if you ask me.
But there are other pro and cons here too and so it come down to personal likes and dislikes.

The Maria ROS Looks good but Misses her cute smile if you ask me. And this smile is what make the Maria Head Special.
What a pitty they cant Transfers it to the ROS Head.
Otherwise its a pretty face. Congratulation

Agree. While still a nice face, the ROS version just loses the charm and smile that draws you in of the original.

Thanks Meschler for the detailed info…I’ll stand fast on an ROS head until they come up with a good way of holding the hair in…I love implanted real hair, but I would like to be able to move their mouth, not for sex, but just give some more realism to the look

I love looking at the dolls a lot, dressing them and moving them around…( I’m sure most of who is on this site loves to look at them as much as I do!)

Well, I've taken some new photos and the head with the body looks good.
I've been able to close the mouth completely and honestly, it doesn't look bad at all.
I know the hard head with the implanted hair looks much better, but this one looks really good.
I hope you like these photos.

I'm sharing some photos and short videos comparing Maria's hard silicone head with hair implants vs. Maria's soft silicone head with ROS and a wig. The head with ROS has implanted eyebrows like the hard silicone one. Honestly, they look like sisters, meaning it's like seeing sisters together and saying, these girls are family, they look alike but have differences. What do you all think?
