I know the request was cheap, but thought I should add this review.
I purchased the "Automatic Love Holes Cleaning & Drying Douche for Sex Doll" from rosemary dolls with Starpery Rong.
Even buying it on sale for $169 I do not recommend it.
The claim that you can wash your doll while lying down doesn't work. I can't even imagine how it could work with their design.
Even standing, I put a bucket to catch the water.
The pump and wand work great (plenty of flow and volume going all the right places), so I still use it for washing with soap water. I use a separate manual plunger style douche (see below) that came with the doll for rinsing.
The drying fan system is super loud and broke (seemed to short out) after only 4 uses.
When I used it, it seemed to work ok. I mean it just blows air up there to speed up drying.

Not an advertisement, but I'm too new to post pics. The plunger douche is listed on amazon as "RWUDV Vaginal Douche Enema Cleaner Vaginal Douche Bottle Hand Press Anal Douche Cleaner Vaginal Cleaning System for Patient(Type1 6L)" at ~$10 I would recommend it.

I still use my coeros doll cleaning system, and swear by it. Don't have to take her out of bed at all. Just put a pillow behind her back (or an inflatable alligator). All my girls seal well and the system does not leak water. You can read my gull review in the coeros forum. Wash, rinse, and dry never leaving the bed.

My silicone 163c doll is lighter (57lbs) so it's easy to move to the shower standing up (hard standing feet with neck covered by a baggie).

Antibacterial soap and a rinse, then sponge sticks up the two holes with soap. Many dolls ship with an irrigator (squeeze bulb and nozzle) and it's easy to squirt that up and rinse everything out. That said, I recently bought an enema nozzle that attaches to the shower hose. Now who the hell is going to actually use that under full water pressure is beyond me, but I bought a lever actuator to regulate water flow to a manageable level (a trickle). That rinses everything out nicely.

After, a microfiber towel to dry the exterior, then microfiber sticks (a wooden dowel wrapped with microfiber material from Amazon) to soak up the love hole water. I have a 4 hose aquarium pump that I use to quickly dry up any residuals but that's really just a holdover from my TPE doll days. Not really necessary.

That takes about 10-15 minutes, unless I...well, you know.

Anyhow, for my older heavier dolls I spread a plastic sheet on the floor against a wall, put the doll into a half squat and leaned against the wall. The body was hand cleaned with soapy then clean wet towels, and the love holes cleaned and rinse with the hand irrigator. A large wide plastic pan was underneath the love holes during this process. I found this all a pain in the ass so I just moved on to lighter dolls. I'm down to the one 57 pounder but expect to have a 75lb and 50lb in the near future to round out the trio...

With the coeros tool and aquarium pump she stays on the bed. I just prop her up a bit with an inflatable alligator (or pillow). A washcloth is all that is needed for wiping her moist lips dry.
