Factory pics concern

I’ve finally received my factory pics after a 2 month wait and I don’t think the 2nd head I requested is correct. My order was for a GE45 carmen head but the pics I’ve been sent don’t look right.

It looks well done to me, but if you are not satisfied with the makeup, you need let the vendor know. It's best to communicate the make up you want with the vendor before the order is sent to the factory. Include photos as necessary and be as specific as possible. Good vendors will work with you and the factory to deliver the look you really want.

You are right to bei concerned, that looks like a GE78 aka Elizabeth head to me. Seems something went wrong.

I’ve gone back to the vendor after I saw the pics as it didn’t seem right and am waiting for a reply.

The other head is perfect though

They gave hairstyle like grandmothers is having. Did You order that?

That is definitely the Elizabeth head and not the Carmen.
