Thank you dearly for your question. Actually you are correct, Dollsafari is managed by our team as well. That store was created so that we could offer PayPal to our customers. However, PayPal is again available on Tenderdolls. Currently Tenderdolls is much more current store where we put all our efforts and update everyday.

There are no limits for EU customers when selling SLE Zelex series dolls and we shipped quite a few of them. They are easy to ship, since they are all 148cm+ in height. There will be customs fees if you are from UK, Switzerland, Sweden. Other than that, there will be no customs fees. The shipping takes around 30 days currently to EU.

When shipping dolls to UK, the customs fees will range from around 200-300 GBP. It greatly depends on the package value the shipper assigns to the doll's package. They usually assign 800 USD, so the customs fees are 20-30% of the parcel's value.
