Does this doll feel hollow or flimsy at all given the weight compared to say a 90 pound model?

Crab, is that the default head/face or did you order special makeup from the factory? And is that wig one of the options or did you get that from another vendor? Thank you for any response

Yes, it's the default makeup! The wig is from SHEIN.
