This is the way I hold the head together with the body.
I don't like having Sue without a head when she is stored, I love to keep her always dressed and complete, she only takes off her head to change the rope every 2-3 weeks.

With the pulley she goes out to help me do her chores as a secretary, to change her clothes ... and a little more ...

all the weight of it is supported by the rope, the head just is sitting in to the bolt and did'n make any kind of strenght.

To easy pass the cord thru the head I made a 3/4 inch hole side of the head nut, and first step is pass a hard wire, then a softh wire, then a rope.

The M16 screw as it come from factory, just i add a tiny flatwasher (same or smaller diameter than M16 Nut attached to the head) and passing thru a rope capable to hold 150lbs or more.

Absolutely the best free stand hanging system I've seen. My ceiling is sawn logs..ha..so can move her anywhere. I'm doing it. Thx for posting!
