Tanning/ Tan lines

Hello gentlemen! Has anyone tried tanning their tpe or silicone dolls? I was thinking if someone has used the same product that bodybuilders use before the competition. The product's name is PROTAN, and gives a bronze/ tan color to the athlete.

I've tried self tanner on silicone with no success. I'll check out a bronzer.
