You can search for strap on on amazon for example. They are probably better than an insert since an insert might not hold well enough inside the pocket of a TBD.

I was looking for silicone inserts for my Teddy Babes, the old RD2 inserts are getting old.
I did find the inserts on www.realdoll.com, but to my surprise there was also a large selection of impressive Dicks.
I am not sure if they would be useful for you, I did not look at the details.

Another alternative is a strap-on, as noted above by DocM.

You are correct. RealDoll was never cheap, but now they concentrate on the AI functions. They also moved from San Marcos CA to Las Vegas Nevada.
Maybe there is a new owner involved? The new RD2 insert I bought from them must have come from the reject pile. Junk at $350.
