Order Cancelling

I purchased a doll from the website and decided to cancel the order a few hours later. I replied to the order confirmation email to cancel my order, it has been a day and nothing has happened in regards to the order.

I'm wondering if they're just backed up with their holiday sale. I placed an in stock order on the 1st. Their website says in stock orders will be shipped out same day or next day, but my order still shows unfulfilled. Then again, last time I ordered a doll ( from a different vendor) she just showed up without any change to my order or a tracking number in my email. I would shoot off another email if I were you, just be persistent and hope they get back to you.
