Double-layer body: TPE inside and silicone outside.

Ok. I've seen a doll on spartan lover advertising Double-layer body: TPE inside and silicone outside.
I currently have the TPE version but would upgrade to this in a second. Has anyone had any experience with this? Everything I've read says this shouldn't be possible.
Please advise.

I got a reply from Vlad. If I didn't already have him I'd buy from them. He's very responsive! Keeping an eye out for other products. They use a silicone spray paint on the doll so as to apply more detail. Not sure if it adds any extra protection to the doll.( I don't think it does Also with further research he's only available in tpe from the CuDoll factory.

I got this special guy from --Non-verified Vendor--.com from their in stock US section.
Price is amazing and he's a masterpiece.
If this model is ever offered in full silicone it's already sold. Shut up and take my
