Clothing for dolls 4'6 and below?

So I'm thinking about picking up this doll thats 4ft when I finally sell the one that I bought earlier this year thats too heavy. However I realized something, what sizes would I be looking for in order to buy her clothing? If anyone is curious this is the doll I'm looking to buy

I've got a 118. I buy clothes for an 8 year old for her. Some stuff is a little loose around the waist. While my girl is curvy, I don't think she's is quite that curvy.
