Ok! Been working a lot of hours. Haven't had time to drop my story until now. So, Celine arrived at my door August 23. I got the email from FedEx about the delivery. They even sent me a pic of the box.

Too bad the driver can't tell directions of the arrows that were on the box. He/She left her on her side. Anyway, I got home, put the box into the correct position and dragged her in. I inspected the box for damage. Everything was good except for the end of the box.

I opened the box to find that it was well packed with Irontechs new packaging method. All looked good.

Finally it was time to unzip the trademark Irontech sleeping bag. Then I noticed that the side the box was damaged on was where the neck is. I have seen bad things happen to the necks of dolls on the forum. Well, this is what I found.

So I took pictures to document and tried to straighten the neck. No luck! It was jammed in a way where I couldn't budge it. I decided to look her over for other obvious damage. Yep! There were 2 compression marks. 1 on each shoulder. I'm guessing this happened when FedEx decided to carry the doll on her side. I mean, why not? That's how I found her at my front door.

So I took pictures of these as well and submitted them to Silicone Lovers for a solution. They got back with me the next day. They first addressed the neck issue. They suggested I take the hanging bolt and try to straighten the neck. I informed them that I didn't order one. They gave me the size I would need so I could go to the hardware store and get a suitable substitute. Then I remembered that I had an old hanging hook that came with my WM doll. Screwed it on and wala!

I'm still trying to work out a solution for the compression marks. I have tried the hot compress and massage method but they are still prominent. Silicone Lovers are in touch with Irontech for a solution. They might be something that I just have to live with. I really hope not. I didn't buy the doll for physical pleasure. I bought it to mimic a female presence and to admire. So having to live with these marks will be disappointing. Now for the doll as a whole. I didn't order all the bells and whistles. I kept the silicone standard on the body except for the gel breasts. I also ordered the hard hands and standing feet. I wanted her to last so I opted out of the soft silicone and gel rear. Like I said, she's a visual pleasure piece. I got a hard and soft silicone head. I kept Celine on both. The wigs are nicer than I expected. She is gorgeous! So much detail. She actually just scared me. I'm not use to a human like presence in my house. I walked into her room and jumped.
She actually looks just as good as the promo pics. The body paint is mind blowing. Irontech knows how to paint a doll. Bottom line.... Silicone Lovers took real good care of me. They answered all of my questions and stood with me until she arrived. So far, the after sales presence is great too. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
