Further steps to more realism?

I have the Celine 166cm minus S13 and she seems to be as close to real as I've seen with dolls. A couple things I think I would have changed for her to be a bit more real are having removable insert as well as the gel ass.

With that said, is there a silicon doll in existence that has realistic "physics" for the breasts in a B or C cup? i.e. a tiny bit of "sag" when she's in various poses.

Sure our ultra-soft gel breast and butt will feel more realistic to the touch and the super soft effect will give her a bit saggy.
