WM 148 Curvy review (AKA YL 148 Curvy)

Hi everyone

Another flawless experience with WM via Anmodolls exceptional customer service and responsiveness. WM you have came through with another beautiful model. It's arrival in perfect condition brought tears of joy while easing all concerns that naturally come from anticipation. The factory photos just do not do justice as she is on par with the promo photos less the groovy conditions you arrange when making those. I choose to go with extra soft TPE this time around and after being able to experience it's softness directly, I was quite content that I opted in. Packaging was neat and more importantly protected well. Thick padding along every angle including two shoulder pads which are essential. Wood planks run along the high risk zones which is a great idea considering how rough some employees handle packages. Reflecting on how this chips away my rather extensive bucket list of irresistible choices you create as they are all scrubdiddlyomptions, the realization sets in that I am in trouble for the long term:D

@Anmo. The point I want to stress is the level of communication received from Anmo along with their sincerity to create a pleasant and seamless experience. This will be my second order with you and I speak with confidence that your level of customer service only reflected the same great standard as the first time around. Have a question about your order after placing it and recognize that the response times to your follow up concerns are extended? Fear not as Anmo puts those concerns to rest. Each time I required assistance it was immediate via their site chat. Emails have their benefit however, I prefer real time for the majority of my core communication as you don't have to wait for a response. This is a major plus for my needs. This is all while remaining particularly polite, considerate and professional on each occasion. On my previous order UPS charged me taxes and broker fees which is normal. They were also kind enough to add an "additional fee" written as quoted on the statement. This was the first time encountering a charge like this after many orders with UPS. My tax is 14.9% and it's the same EVERY order I have placed with them previously when importing. UPS CS tried to explain it was apart of the 14.9% tax rate. A peculiar circumstance. Even though the two taxes which were clearly labeled added up to 14.9%, the "additional fee" added up to over 21%. I am not including the broker fee which was also clearly noted in the breakdown. I mentioned this to Anmo and they insured me that their shipping manager would watch over the file for this order and deal with any non sense if needed. Sure enough, Anmo contacted me explaining how UPS was ready to charge me another random fee. Without the need to ask they effectively stopped the charge from reoccurring by speaking with UPS and paid the import charges in advance in order to remove the possibility of it reappearing at my doorstep. I think this is fantastic. I certainly can't speak for other vendors but I am not so sure that this level of service would be rendered by anyone else. I think the response "we don't control customs" would more likely be your answer. This is above and beyond service Anmo and you fully merit to have more clients acting like this. Rapping up, I wanted to note that all my custom inquiries into non standard options were quickly answered. They have excellent communication with WM and it shows.
