Safe adhesive for silicone doll?

So I have some Merkin patches that I want to try for my new silicone doll. Can I use Elmer glue like I’ve seen some people use for TPE dolls? This will be my first ever silicone doll and I don’t want to ruin her.

Silicone specific adhesives are the safest as this will be a modification in a fairly high stressed area
Should you want to swap or remove the Merkin in the future then take the advice of the silicone experts who will suggest a few options

Which would be what ? I would want to swap out Merkin patches every once in a while. What adhesive would be good to use for this purpose ?
