I recently purchased an SM Doll direct from SM.
While there were issues with the 1st doll delivered and also the replacement doll, I have to recognize the extraordinary Customer Support. Especially Star.
They replied fast, never hid from me and were able to discuss and negotiate until a fair resolution was reached. All this within days, not weeks.

I agree about Star's fast response time, and he goes beyond being very helpful with the whole ordering process. Best customer service.
