Accessing our website via a VPN

Our website is not accessible from certain locations and blacklisted IPs.

VPNs are popular nowadays and having geographical restrictions on a website doesn’t make sense if VPNs are authorised at the same time.

We understand that some of you want to use VPNs to remain anonymous. Unfortunately, VPNs are also used by spammers, people placing fake orders or using stolen credit cards.

Orders placed while using a VPN are almost always flagged as having a high probability of being fraudulent by credit card processors and we have to refuse them. This is obviously frustrating for all parties involved.

About 2 years ago someone bought the domain myrobotdolls.net and used a bot to create an exact replica of our website to scam people. It took us a lot of energy to have this website taken down and gain the ownership of the domain (now myrobotdolls.net is directed to myrobotdoll.com).
