Sex Doll Cleaning Kit doesn't work. HELP?

Bought this https://www.coeros.com/product/top-sex-doll-cleaning/ and just unboxed it and tried to test it out. Followed this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HeOBGAP4bA and when I flip the power strip on....NOTHING. No water going through the tubes, no sounds...just nothing. Tried it direct from outlet, too. I tested other usb devices and it seems the usb plug is working. Tried the pump on other, known good usb devices and get no response as well. Can I get some help with this please?

Found the problem. I'm no electrician but I think the USB charger they sent me doesn't output enough power. I took a closer look at the pump and when I plug it into the usb charger I noticed the fan or whatever it's called move for a fraction of a second. I decided to try one of my larger usb chargers and it worked. I'm not sure if I'm reading these correctly but both chargers say they output 5V. Below are pictures of the usb charger that came with it that did not work (top) and my own usb charger that does work. These things are like $10 and the most important part seemed to work fine so I won't complain anymore, but it still bothers me a bit. Anyways, I'll most likely be trying this on an actual doll tomorrow so I'll reply here if there are any further issues.

Really appreciate the fast replies and the charger/refund offer but as long as the main unit works I'll be a happy camper. If this can save me a bunch of time and stinky wet towels then I won't even care about that charger anymore

Used it a few times over the weekend and HOLY CRAP does this make cleaning a breeze and a lot less messy. The main unit and most important part works flawlessly but I see Coeros still refunded me $10 even though I said it wouldn't be necessary if the main part worked. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service!

Back to the irrigator, my old method was to use the irrigator that came with it and a bunch of towels where the water would fall. Buckets/basins wouldn't work because the water didn't fall out evenly and ran down her legs a lot. As you can imagine this was messy and a hassle. The Coeros cleaner eliminates all that and as you see in the video everything stays dry. Even when taking the device out there's no left over water, which is amazing. It cleans the orifices WAAAY more than the irrigator ever could.

The Coeros cleaner is well worth the asking price imo. I'd get the dryer as well if I didn't have something similar already. Don't break your back or risk exposing it to mold carrying your doll to the shower or deal with tons of messy towels, make your doll experience so much easier by getting this thing!!

I love the damn thing. I still bootleg my aquarium pump up to the insert and dry her that way. I'm going to get a three way valve at the hardware store to make that more convenient.
