painted-on body details: 167 vs 167 evo?

What sort of body details (if any) are painted on? Is there any difference in this regard between the 167 and 167 evo?

I'm looking to avoid painted-on details as much as possible—I'd much prefer pigmentation.

The details on EVO are more realistic, such as blood veins, the color of blood veins, skin color around knuckles and knees etc.
