Trying to find this 6YE 150 cm F-Cup

I'm looking into getting another doll (this time, one that my wife specifically liked). I'm trying to find a vendor who sells this 6YE 150 cm F-cup doll.
I've seen this doll on Asian sites, but stateside vendors only seem to sell the D-cup version. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but any advice would be appreciated.

My wife is petite and doesn't want a doll that is over 5'2". She felt that the 145 cm dolls were too small. So it's a narrow range that's left. Plus, she really likes the WM head #233. So I'm looking for a body that will accept universal standard heads.
