I got my 158cm Pregnant doll a little over a week ago and decided to do a new review since I've had her long enough to form a real opinion. I've decided her name is Vanessa and she's Latina.

First off, she's gorgeous. I ordered her from Annie's Dollhouse on September 26th for $2,499.99 and got a bunch of the bells and whistles for free, including full body painting, articulated hands, standing feet and a heater. About two weeks later I got factory pictures and about ten days later she arrived, after a SNAFU with UPS that required I miss a day of work in order to sign for her. Words cannot describe how much I loathe UPS these days...

She looks amazing, the body painting makes her look real and being silicone it's permanent, as opposed to my experience with how it'll rub off fairly quickly on TPE. Her skin is "tan" and her nipples and genitals have the darkest color. Her nipples are nice and have Montgomery glands, her pussy is nice and detailed and (other than not getting wet) feels like the real thing. Her anus is also colored dark and the modelling of puckering wrinkles around it looks realistic. She even has a bit of a linea nigra (the dark line pregnant women get on their bellies) around her belly button, which is slightly popped out. The silicone is smooth but sticky and after powdering her she was back to being sticky the next day.

Her body seems to have some lightening features and the silicone is, at most, an inch thick. If you spank her butt it makes a hollow sound instead of a nice smack. I know silicone is denser than TPE, but it feels like there's something underneath it. If she weren't pregnant, she'd be pretty lean so I just pass it off as having fit muscle that wouldn't compress much. On the upside she's only about 75lbs and the easiest to carry around full-sized doll I have. Her skeleton seems to be super solidly made, standing her is trivially easy and when you bend a joint it stays put. The downside is, it's hard to reposition her legs when she's a cuddle buddy in bed. The articulated fingers are a wonderful feature and makes having her hold things for pictures a lot easier.

I don't really like the shape of her face and I realized I probably should have ordered a different base model from the vendor with a face that I liked better. She has a bit of a round face with a smile, which is nice compared to how most dolls (including the other pregnant dolls on the vendor's site) have a flat expression, so there's that. I'll also add, a few months ago I did some 3D renders of the Wiccan Goddess and this doll's face is very similar to the picture. FWIW, the wig in the photo is a real human hair wig I bought on Amazon for about $50. Without a doubt, if you're plopping down used car money on a doll, get a good wig to go with it. (I went with a wig instead of implanted hair to save some money and so I could change her hairstyle in seconds.

The heater basically doesn't work. The power brick gets warm, but the body barely heats up past room temperature, but at least it was a free upgrade. (An electric blanket works far better.) The port for the heater is hidden in the back of her neck and disappears unless you have the power connector put in.

Her pregnant belly is, maybe, the size of the middle of the second trimester. She can fit into 38-inch panties up over her belly, which is nice because I gave the doll that wore those to PetDir, and fits a 30D bra (which I haven't bought yet). For clothes I got her a medium-sized night shirt, or a T-shirt dress if you want to call it that, which comes to the middle of her thigh. I'd imagine a women's medium T-shirt would barely fit over her belly, medium pants would fit under her belly.
