I know, right?! The changes we can make to ourselves are somewhat limited without major cosmetic surgery---& they are NOT instantaneous. Sometimes years of recovery from swelling, scar tissue revision issues, etc., is necessary before seeing pleasing results. Speaking from someone who changes my appearance often (Colored contact lenses, hair colors, facial hair/no facial hair, 9 tattoos, 6 piercings) These are the easy ones.
I've worked out for 20+years & taken steroids to change my body type from skinny/slim to beefy. Shaved my entire body in the past for partners and employers (modeling agents). Had 3 rhinoplasties (The last one came out good!), many botox & lip injections (SO not worth it---the results never last) and hair transplants (Happy with that, though)---I AM SOOOOO DONE!!!! Never again! I'll stick with the EASY changes...

No interchangeable penises, though---OUCH! That hurts to think about!!!

Yeah, most of my face is original (now that the injectables wore off)---People still recognize me from High School, so that's good. I don't look like a different person altogether!!! I was teased as a kid for my large nose & skinniness. I just became a "tougher" looking me with a shorter nose
