Yes ... turn it inside out .... clean it, dry it, powder it then flip it back to normal.
Probably wise to give a wipe down and powder to the outside when done.
Easy and slick.

(I wish the built in was so easy to clean, just kinda tough to turn the doll inside out for a cleaning.)

I think it does some damage. Some of the TPe is peeling off. The insert is really fragile compared to tenga TPE and some other cheap toy. I suspect it's for softness but it's not worth it. most softness comes from the lube anyway
