Ok so I’m shopping for another doll and the one I got my eye on is listed at 86 pounds. I look up Kimber’s weight to get the jest of what this would feel like in real life. Kimber is listed at 62 pounds and I’m like no way in hell. I put my doll on the scale and she clocks in at 72 pounds. Did Kimber reduce the dolls weight in the last year? I purchased mine back in January
Well I have been stuffing her a lot lately Jokes aside my IT is very close to specs on the scale I use. I might be washing and oiling her too much or something to be so far above factory specs.
That would be a hell of a lot of oil to get to that weight
Anecdotally my new bathroom scales added over 2lbs to my weight
Electronic strain gauges are required by law to meet Australian standards, bathroom scales, not so much
