How to use TPE glue correctly!

Thanks to many years of experience with the operation of a Sex doll e-shop and sex doll rental service (sex doll brothel) we have gathered plenty of useful experience which we would like to pass on to you. This is a series aimed at the field of sex doll maintenance. We will be adding more regularly. Please feel free to ask us anything you desire.

TPE glue is solvent based, so care must be taken to ensure that the glue only gets to the areas you want to bond. We use it to repair small cracks and wounds that are easily repaired with this adhesive.

This glue cannot be used for all the repairs. It is best suited for minor cuts on the TPE surface caused by sharp objects such as scissors, watches, chains, etc.

Unfortunately, the glue cannot be used for major repairs where the material is already frayed or where pieces of material are missing from the sex doll body. We use a different repair method for these repairs, but more on that another time.

How to proceed when repairing surface using TPE glue:

It is important to clean the repaired part before gluing. Use baby oil and a sponge.

Apply the glue on the slanted plastic part of the ear cleaning stick, so that the glue does not get into other places than you want.

It's also a good idea to wear gloves when gluing so we don't get the doll dirty.

Apply glue to both inner damaged sides and press firmly together with your fingers. Wipe off any glue that spills on the surface immediately with the other end of a cotton bud so as not to contaminate the surface of the doll.

Hold the press for approximately 1 minute. Depending on the size of the part to be repaired.

It is very important that there is no pressure between the parts to be glued, so the sex doll must be prepared (folded in half) so that the damaged parts will glue themselves together.

ATTENTION! The adhesive must be handled carefully and to not be applied too much to the damaged area. A potential risk is that the adhesive coats more material than necessary.

This happens, for example, when gluing fingernails, when a large amount of glue is applied to the fingertips and glues the entire finger joint.

If the TPE glue is handled correctly, the results should be excellent and there should be no signs of damage.
