I am really sorry to hear it and am very much looking forward to what exactly happened. On my side, I got my factory pics on 1st November, got Fedex tracking number on 8th November, and after 11 days the status on Fedex is exactly the same as in its initial stage with still pending estimated delivery date. I am starting to feel nervous and will write the vendour again. At least I hope she gets in pristine condition.

Really sorry to hear about that, at least, and i think, most important, shes safe and not damaged

I also had a bad business ethics once and end up paying customs fees that was supossed to be included already.

But better to move ahead, forget and enjoy the doll
