The hole is placed where the urethra would be. Not where the vagina would be. The vagina is positioned at the bottom of the labia closer to the anus. This problem keeps happening across manufacturers. I had to refuse a $3k doll due to this issue.

Totally agree. The vagina is if you like in the middle of the body the most protected part enabling access from behind and front the same way.
